ContactRegistry
A registry where this contact holds a handle, and whether that registry holds what the contact says. sync_status: in_sync means the registry holds exactly this contact. out_of_sync with no failure_reason means an update is on its way. out_of_sync with a failure_reason means the last update was not accepted, at failed_at, and it stays until the next update replaces it. invalid means the contact cannot be sent, being incomplete or carrying a phone that cannot be formatted; fix the contact. prohibited means the registry refuses updates to this contact object, because a status forbids them or another registrar now sponsors it; contact support. refused means the registry rejected the data, for example on eligibility; assign a different contact to that registry's domains. unsupported means the update landed except for one change this registry cannot be told, such as withdrawing publication or clearing the organization; the registry still holds the old value.
