DomainContactsSync

Whether this domain's inherited contact roles hold the contacts its team names. status: in_sync means every inherited role holds the team's contact. out_of_sync with no failure_reason means the update is on its way. out_of_sync with a failure_reason means the domain could not take the team's contacts, as of failed_at; the reason names what has to change first. contacts[].sync on the domain says which roles are out of sync.
