Registrar identifier of the registrar that asked for the domain, exactly as the registry reported it. Not resolved to a trading name: a half-resolved name on the one notice that has to be right is worse than an identifier you can search for.

Where the registry says the transfer stands. pending while it is still live; client_approved, client_rejected and client_cancelled when a registrar decided it; server_approved and server_cancelled when the registry itself did. superseded is not a registry state: it means a newer transfer was requested on the same name, after which the registry no longer reports this one's outcome.

What this organization answered. none means nobody here has answered yet, and on a settled transfer it means the outcome happened without us.

What the transfer means for you, projected from state and answer together. action_required is the only value asking for anything: nobody has answered and the deadline is running. approved and declined are answers the registry has not confirmed yet, so neither needs you. completed is a name that left with your approval, lapsed one that left without it, retained one that stayed, and superseded one a later request displaced. Branch on this to render; branch on state and answer only when you need the detail.
